Custodian - Housekeeper

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Custodian to work at a facility in Colton , CA. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $17.69 / hour
*W2

Shift Details:

• day, swinging, and graveyard shift 

The requirements are:

• At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Custodian
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Good time management skills
• Reliable and responsible
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Basic communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain buildings, offices, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Clean restrooms and refill supplies
• Dust furniture, windows, and surfaces
• Sanitize high-touch areas (doorknobs, tables, handles)
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Report maintenance or safety issues
• Set up rooms for meetings or events
• Follow cleaning and safety procedures
