Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the environmental services staff at a single campus, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Provide leadership and support to maintain high cleanliness standards, effective inventory management, and customer service excellence.
- Coordinate the timely completion of custodial projects and programs across various shifts while acting as a key point of contact between building occupants and CSG staff.
- Train new employees, conduct quality assessments, and utilize Quality Control Inspections (QCIs) to document performance and consistently meet standards.
- Perform custodial duties as needed, including hands-on support in various cleaning tasks, to foster a team-oriented environment.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2 years of experience in Environmental Services in a school or healthcare setting with supervisory experience desired.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Knowledge of infection control procedures and safe chemical handling.
- Strong communication and public relations skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and move for extended periods
- Must be able to work around cleaning products and in various environments
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
