Responsibilities

Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Schedule appointments for windshield repair and replacement services.

Gather necessary customer information accurately for service bookings.

Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.

Maintain customer records and update information as needed.

Assist with general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with basic computer operations.

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
