We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Leader to oversee and develop a team of remote life insurance professionals. This leadership role focuses on recruiting, coaching, and driving consistent performance in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Growth

  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of remote sales agents

  • Provide hands-on coaching and performance support

  • Foster a motivated, accountable, and results-oriented team culture

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and consistency

  • Monitor individual and team performance metrics and provide actionable feedback

  • Lead by example through direct sales activity when appropriate

Client Relationship Management

  • Ensure a high standard of professionalism and client satisfaction

  • Support team members in navigating complex sales conversations

  • Strengthen long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals

Training & Continuous Development

  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance skills and effectiveness

  • Communicate industry updates, regulatory requirements, and best practices

  • Identify skill gaps and implement targeted coaching plans
     

    Lead by Example

  • Conduct virtual consultations with clients to explain benefit options and assist with enrollment.

  • Provide personalized service and tailored recommendations based on individual client needs.

  • Address questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.

  • Expand your professional network using outreach and referral strategies.

  • Manage your schedule effectively to meet team and client goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading a sales team, preferably within life insurance or financial services

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

  • Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategy

  • Self-motivated and comfortable managing a fully remote team
