The facility is a community hospital with approximately 25 inpatient beds serving diverse surgical specialties. The hospital maintains surgical services across multiple departments including obstetrics, orthopedics, ENT, and pediatrics. The facility is located one hour from South Bend, two hours from Indianapolis, and three hours from Chicago.

The CRNA will provide autonomous anesthesia services during day shifts with variable call coverage requirements. The position involves managing anesthesia care for a diverse surgical case mix including endoscopy, podiatry, orthopedic, OB/GYN, ENT procedures, and pediatric cases. Board certification is required along with demonstrated expertise in obstetric anesthesia and regional block techniques. The clinician will work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships with surgical teams across multiple specialties.
