Position: Senior PM with PMP and OCM Certification

Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months Contract

Job Description:

Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university. Alternatively, additional qualifying  experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). The PMP certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience.
• An active Organizational Change Management OCM certification from a recognized, industry-standard OCM professional organization whose core mission includes OCM such as Prosci or Association of Change Management Professionals. This certification must be based on a formally documented OCM framework owned and maintained by the certifying organization, that includes structured training resulting in a required assessment. This certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience.
• Seven (7) years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying OCM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one or more large or complex IT projects.
• Three (3) years of experience providing OCM services to government agencies.
• Three (3) years of experience training large organizations.
• Four (4) years of experience leading and facilitating team meetings.

Desired Skills

• Master’s degree from a recognized college or university. Alternatively, additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
• Eight (8) or more years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying OCM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. Five (5) or more years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one or more large or complex IT projects.
• Four (4) or more years of experience providing OCM services to government agencies.
