AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking an experienced Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our collaborative and growing ICU team serving AdventHealth Daytona Beach and AdventHealth Palm Coast.

This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated group of intensivists and advanced practice providers delivering high-level care to critically ill patients across multiple ICU settings. Providers in this role work closely with attending physicians while practicing in a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on clinical excellence and compassionate patient care.

Our critical care program includes:

• 10 Intensivist Physicians
• 12 Advanced Practice Providers

Together, the team provides care across several ICU units including:

• 14-bed Cardiovascular ICU - AdventHealth Daytona Beach
• 32-bed Medical/Surgical ICU - AdventHealth Daytona Beach
• 18-bed closed Medical/Surgical ICU - AdventHealth Palm Coast

Providers work collaboratively to manage critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and intervention.

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 1 year of ICU experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
• Strong clinical judgment and procedural confidence
• A patient-first mindset
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Requirements:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Minimum of 1 year ICU experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
• Active Florida license (or ability to obtain)
