Credit Markets Business Analyst

We are seeking a Credit Markets Business Analyst to join our client's Technology department. The ideal candidate has worked specifically within the Credit Markets arena, with a strong understanding of fixed income and credit market operations.

Description

* Gather business needs, translate into technical requirements, create functional specs and use cases, and coordinate across teams.

* Analyze data flows from varied sources, improve data quality, build reports and dashboards, and deliver insights for decision support.

* Support tool and system integrations, handle automation and data reconciliation needs, and participate in testing and validation.

* Communicate with stakeholders, assist users with questions and training, and identify opportunities for process and product improvement.

Profile

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5 to 9 years of business analysis experience within financial services or credit markets.

* Strong knowledge of fixed income and credit market operations, plus solid analytical, problem‑solving, and detail‑focused skills.

* Skilled in data analysis and visualization tools, workflow automation, and integrating business intelligence solutions.

* Clear communicator with experience presenting complex information and familiarity with agile and general project management practices.
