Credit & Collections Specialist – Bakersfield, CA
Pay: $26.00 – $30.00/hour (DOE)

Overview of the Credit & Collections Role:

  • Evaluate and process business-to-business credit applications and exposure

  • Manage high-balance, high-risk accounts and resolve complex disputes

  • Lead collections efforts on past-due accounts and assess collectability

  • Partner with branch teams to support account resolution and reporting

  • Utilize Excel to analyze data, track trends, and support decision-making


Requirements:

  • Experience in credit and collections (B2B preferred)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)

  • Ability to manage high-volume, complex accounts
