It is the responsibility of the Casino Credit Clerk to maintain a high quality of customer service and integrity throughout the daily operations of the casino credit department. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).
- Answer incoming calls from both customer and vendors.
- Send and receive sensitive bank information for updating and verifying customer accounts.
- Establish new customer accounts and maintain current updated customer information in the Golden Nugget CMP system.
- Access and maintain various current credit reports.
- Maintain and organize customer credit applications as well as various files kept both electronic and hard copy.

- Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required.
- Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration.
- Minimum age requirement is 21.
- 1 year clerical experience and/or working with multiple computer applications.
- Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities.
- Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and members of management in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
- Must be able to complete standard forms and reports.
