Key Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile customer accounts on a regular basis.
• Manage daily receipt posting and cash application.
• Prepare journal entries related to AR activity.
• Handle collections, including accounts past 90 days, using a relationship‑driven, solution‑oriented approach.
• Work with recurring customers (primarily service-based relationships with long lifecycles) to clarify billing issues, update contacts, and ensure accurate communication.
• Support the establishment of new AR processes and procedures as the organization modernizes its workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Collections experience required.
