Position Summary
As a Credentials Coordinator, you’ll manage the full credentialing lifecycle for medical and allied health staff—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate initial appointments & reappointments
Perform primary source verification & privileging
Maintain accurate, audit-ready credentialing files
Support provider onboarding (access, orientation, badging)
Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards
Maintain medical staff database & strict confidentiality
Stay current with bylaws, policies, and regulatory requirements
What You Bring
Minimum 3 years of Medical Staff / Credentialing experience (acute care/hospital setting preferred)
Strong knowledge of Joint Commission standards
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
CPCS or CPMSM certification (preferred, not required)
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

Shift: Day Shift (8-hour)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Setting: Onsite (First Floor Office)
Location: Los Angeles, CA
