Must be able to utilize a tape measurer and have basic math skills.</li><li>Build crates and pallets based on drawings and instructions using nail guns and a hammer.</li><li>Keep their area clean and organized.</li><li>Follow safety procedures and instructions.</li><li>Maintain productivity throughout shift.</li><li>Work efficiently with the ability to retain directions and execute with minimal mistakes.</li><li>Meet the daily production schedule as provided by supervision.</li><li>Assist with other projects as assigned.</li><li>Forklift experience is a plus but will train and certify.</li></ul>
