+ -Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with company standards.
+ -Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and production teams to meet deadlines and shipping schedules.
+ -Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment used in the crating process.
+ -Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
+ -Measure, cut, and assemble crates to fit specific products or equipment.
+ -Secure items inside crates using appropriate padding, bracing, or fasteners to prevent movement or damage.
+ -Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during crate construction
+ -Inspect materials and finished crates for quality, durability, and accuracy.
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 1 Year Use of saws / drills in a manufacturing environment
+ Carpentry Carpentry / Woodworking Experience
+ Great communication skills with different departments (shipping/fabrication)
+ Basic computer skills
+ Forklift experience
+ Adaptability and willingness to adapt to changing tasks
+ Attention to detail
