A growing crane and heavy lift services company operating across the Permian Basin and surrounding regions is seeking experienced Crane Operators to join their team. This company runs a modern fleet of crawler and all-terrain cranes, serving clients across upstream oil and gas, infrastructure, power, and renewable energy sectors. What You Will Do
Safely operate crawler, all-terrain, and rough-terrain cranes on oilfield, infrastructure, and industrial project sites throughout the Permian Basin
Perform pre-operational inspections, equipment setup, and post-operation checks in accordance with company and OSHA safety standards
Execute lifts per approved lift plans, working in coordination with riggers, signal persons, and site supervisors
Perform basic maintenance and identify mechanical issues, communicating promptly with maintenance personnel
Maintain accurate operator logs and inspection documentation
Adhere to all site-specific safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Support rigging activities and heavy haul coordination as needed
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of crane operating experience; crawler and/or all-terrain crane experience strongly preferred
NCCCO certification required (Mobile Crane Operator or equivalent)
Valid CDL preferred; willingness to obtain if not currently held
Solid understanding of rigging fundamentals, load charts, and lift planning
Familiarity with OSHA 1926 Subpart CC crane regulations
Strong safety mindset with a clean driving record
Ability to work varied schedules including overtime as project demands require
Experience operating in oilfield or industrial environments preferred
