Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in construction or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in drywall, wall installation, carpet replacement, acoustical ceiling installation, painting, and woodworking.
Proficiency with construction tools, equipment, and materials.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction and finishing work.

Ideally, Youll Also Have:
Certifications in specific trades (e.g., drywall installation, painting, or flooring) are advantageous.
Experience working on commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to different project requirements.

Responsibilities:
As a Campus Refresh Technician, youll join a collaborative team ensuring that our clients can deliver their services uninterrupted. Youll have the opportunity to lead a variety of tasks in the preventive and corrective maintenance on water treatment plants and related facilities equipment. Youll contribute to the success of our program with efficient preventive maintenance and effective solutions to challenges that may arise at the facilities. Youll perform wall and drywall installation and demo, carpet replacement, VCT replacement, acoustical ceiling installation/demo and reconfiguration, painting, and woodworking. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality finishes contributing to the overall aesthetic and functionality of interior spaces.; and perform other duties as required. Most importantly, youlltake actionto ensure the safety, health and well-being of you and your team.
