We are a growing countertop company looking for a Countertop Installer or Installer Helper to join our installation team full-time.
If you enjoy hands-on work, working with tools, and being part of a professional team this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in the countertop trade.
Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right motivated candidate.
What You’ll Do
Assist Lead Installer with laminate and solid surface countertop installations
Load, transport, and install countertops at residential job sites
Use power tools safely and efficiently
Help ensure clean, professional installations
Represent the company professionally on job sites
What We’re Looking For
Ability to lift and carry materials up to 75 lbs
Comfortable using basic power tools
Construction, cabinetry, millwork, or installation experience preferred
Detail-oriented with pride in workmanship
Team player with good communication skills
Reliable and punctual (this is very important)
Pay & Benefits
$15–$19 per hour (based on experience)
Full-time, steady work (year-round)
9 paid holidays after 90 days
After 1 year: 5 vacation days + 3 sick days
After 2 years: 10 vacation days + 3 sick days
