COTA - Travel Contract

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Hayward, CA. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active California COTA state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care is required.
• Experience providing restorative care, ADL training, and durable medical equipment (DME) recommendations preferred.
• Ability to follow established treatment plans and document per facility and regulatory standards.
• Client requires availability for a 5x8 days schedule (35 guaranteed hours per week) as part of the contract. Preferred: prior travel contract experience.

• Shift pattern: 5x8.
• Contract weeks: 14-week assignment.
• Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week.
