Cost Inventory Accountant

- Support downstream manufacturing accounting activities with a strong operational focus
- Prepare and support month-end close, including reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Manage inventory accounting, including reconciliations and cost analysis
- Process and review invoices, purchase orders, and sales pricing from an accounting perspective
- Handle intercompany accounting, including transaction balancing, reconciliations, and reporting
- Build and maintain Power BI reports related to intercompany activity and downstream financial data
- Support internal controls and compliance requirements
- Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed
- Remain actively engaged through SAP S/4HANA go-live
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Cost Accounting in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Accounting
- Experience with Intercompany Accounting and reconciliations
- Proficiency with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Experience creating and analyzing reports using Power BI
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
