About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Cost Analyst to support financial accuracy, improve cost transparency, and partner closely with operations and accounting. This role plays a key part in analyzing cost drivers, supporting forecasting, and improving overall financial processes as the company continues to scale.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze manufacturing costs, material variances, labor utilization, and overhead allocation.
  • Support standard cost updates, cost roll‑ups, and BOM/route accuracy.
  • Partner with operations to understand cost drivers and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and margin analysis.
  • Prepare monthly cost reports and contribute to month‑end close activities.
  • Support cross‑functional initiatives and provide ad‑hoc financial analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in cost accounting, manufacturing finance, or FP&A preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
