Cost Analyst (C Project)

• Assist in analyzing manufacturing costs, subcontracting costs, logistics, and duty costs.
• Monitor actual costs versus standard costs and budgets, and prepare variance analysis reports.
• Support monthly cost reports, quarterly forecasts, and annual budget preparation.
• Assist with inventory cost tracking and cost reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with factory, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure cost accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
• Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin speaking is highly preferred due to frequent communication with teams in Asia.
• Open to candidates who require work sponsorship (OPT/CPT/H1B)
