Cost Accounting Analyst – Manufacturing

A well-established manufacturing company in Tulare County is looking to add a Cost Accounting Analyst to their team. This role supports plant operations through detailed cost analysis, reporting, and inventory controls.

What You’ll Do:
- Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and production efficiencies
- Support month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Maintain and analyze standard costs, BOMs, and routings
- Review inventory transactions, cycle counts, and adjustments
- Prepare cost reports and KPI analysis for plant leadership
- Partner with operations to identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Cost accounting or manufacturing accounting experience
- Strong understanding of inventory, standard costing, and variance analysis
