Key Responsibilities (Cost Accountant): Cost Accountant
- Maintain and develop standard costing methods, including setting labor, material, and overhead rates
- Monitor production activity daily and investigate cost variances to ensure accuracy and transparency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and correct Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings
Qualifications (Cost Accountant): Cost Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3 years of cost accounting or manufacturing accounting experience
