Minimum Requirements:
- At least 18-years-old.
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent (HiSET, GED, etc.).
- Valid driver's license.

Training & Schedule
Begin your career with confidence through paid, on-the-job training (OJT) and state certification:
- Pre-Academy OJT à New Staff Orientation à Basic Corrections Training à 80-Hour OJT à Certified Correctional Officer
- Training phase: 8-hour shifts, Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
- Post-training: 12-hour shifts (6 a.m.-6 p.m. or 6 p.m.-6 a.m. depending on facility needs)
- Week 1: 3 days on / 4 days off
- Week 2: 4 days on / 3 days off
- Half the year off - with no mandating on your days off!
