Job Details

We are seeking a Corporate Attorney to join our established New York practice focused on serving clients across financial services, investment funds, and corporate transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex corporate transactions
  • Draft and negotiate operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and other corporate governance documents
  • Advise on fund formations, private placements, and related securities matters
  • Collaborate closely with our financial services and tax teams to support cross-practice initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Corporate transactional experience at a law firm or in-house legal department
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills
  • Background in fund formation, financial services, or securities law preferred
  • JD; active and good-standing NY bar admission
