A Day in the Life of a Corporate Trainer - Systems Facilitator begins with a mission to inspire growth and spark curiosity across the organization. Collaborating with department leaders, you tailor training content to align with organizational goals, facilitating sessions in person or virtually through Zoom or Teams. Your confident, encouraging approach engages adult learners, making every session interactive, relevant, and impactful.
Beyond the classroom, you support follow-up learning, reinforce key takeaways, and help team members apply new skills in their daily work. By monitoring learning metrics and gathering participant feedback, you continuously refine training programs to maximize impact. Every day, you witness the results of your efforts in the growth, confidence, and success of learners, knowing your work directly drives both individual development and organizational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs assessments, design and deliver tailored programs, and evaluate effectiveness to address skill gaps and foster continuous learning within the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders, integrate technology, and ensure compliance, ultimately aiming to enhance employee skills, drive organizational performance, and nurture a culture of growth
- Facilitate adult learning with a focus on diverse learning concepts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain effective training content
- Partner with project teams to ensure the relevance and currency of learning materials
- Actively engage learners to facilitate knowledge transfer and skill-building
- Consult with department leadership and project teams to enhance training effectiveness
- Create e-learning content
- Administer a learning management system (LMS)
Experience & Education:
- At least three years in a training/facilitator capacity or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
- Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
