Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $28–$30 per hour + overtime
- Full-Time: Thursday–Monday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
- Part-Time / On-Call (Flexible):
- Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
- Graveyard Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

As an Unarmed Corporate Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure corporate environment by monitoring premises, enforcing policies, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Control access points and verify identification of employees and visitors.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Write clear and accurate incident reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a visible security presence.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior security experience preferred (but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient with smartphones, incident-reporting applications, and email.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to consistently work 8-hour day or night shifts with overtime as needed.
- Valid guard card/license (if required by state).
- Must pass background screening consistent with role requirements.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to approximately 35 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for most of an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to climb stairs regularly.
- Impeccable uniform and professional bearing aligned with VCPG standards.
- Clear, concise written communication with zero-defect reporting.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment under pressure.
- Paid 30-minute lunch period.
- 40 hours (5 days) paid sick leave per year.
