As a Corporate M&A Analyst, you will be a vital member of a lean, high-output team responsible for identifying, analyzing, and integrating the companies that will shape our future.
In this role you will support the Corporate Development and M&A growth activities of the company, including financial analysis, target evaluation, due diligence, pipeline management, and integration planning. Responsibilities:- Perform detailed financial statement and business analysis to assess target company performance, including review of income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, revenue quality, margin trends, working capital requirements, backlog, and key operating metrics.
- Collaborate on the development of financial models and valuation analyses for potential transactions.
- Maintain valuation and performance benchmarks, including transaction comparables, precedent transactions, and market data.
- Contribute to ongoing development of the company’s inorganic growth strategy by providing research, competitive insights, and market intelligence related to potential acquisitions.
- Create, manage, and maintain deal data rooms, ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, HR, IT, Legal, Strategy, Business Units) to support integration planning activities for in-process transactions
- Maintain and regularly update the team’s pipeline management software, trackers, and reporting documents.
- Actively maintain and update the pipeline management software, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and visibility for senior leadership.
- Track key deal milestones, timelines, next steps, and required deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline required.
- Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, strategy, transaction services, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
- Experience working with financial statements, transaction processes, or cross-functional project work preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting fundamentals, and key business performance drivers.
- High proficiency in Excel (data analysis, financial statement manipulation) and PowerPoint (executive-ready materials).
- Excellent analytical and research skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to summarize findings clearly and concisely.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working with large datasets, trackers, and structured workflows.
- Experience using Datasite and Grata preferred
Financial Modeling Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Excel with a proven ability to build and maintain complex, integrated financial models.
Technical Accounting Fluency: Understanding of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and a mastery of core valuation methodologies, including DCF and precedent transactions.
Precision & Analytical Rigor: A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy, paired with the problem-solving skills necessary to navigate complex deal structures.
- M&A Tech Stack: Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as DataSite for virtual data rooms and Grata for middle-market sourcing and intelligence.
Collaborative Drive: A proactive, "team-first" mentality with the ability to execute high-stakes tasks within a small, dynamic M&A group.

Travel Requirements:
This position does not require regular travel as part of its primary responsibilities. However, occasional travel may be required, up to 10%, primarily for occasional off-site meetings, training sessions, or company events. Travel, when necessary, will be communicated in advance and aligned with business needs.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:- This position primarily operates in a professional office environment, requiring the ability to work at a desk for extended periods while using a computer, phone, and standard office equipment.
- The position involves sitting for extended periods, performing data entry, and engaging in frequent communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- The role involves regular communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders, both in person and through virtual platforms.
- The physical demands of the job may include occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting of office materials up to 15 pounds.
