Title: Corporate Investigator (Workplace Compliance & Integrity Investigations)

Location: Everett WA 

Salary Range: $70 to 75/hr competitive and commensurate with experience

• 5 years of experience in conducting complex investigations and managing the investigative process, including interviews, data collection, and report preparation
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience in handling misconduct investigations involving union-represented employees.
• Experience in conducting EEO investigations and determining resolutions
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

• Exceptional writing and typing skills, with the ability to efficiently manage a high caseload
• Proficiency with case management systems and forensic investigative tools.
• Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) certification or equivalent ethics/compliance certification

• Gather and assess preliminary investigative data to evaluate the validity of allegations
• Prepare investigative plans, determine the scope, and coordinate resources
• Conduct complex investigations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Collaborate with departments such as Ethics, Human Resources, and Law to strengthen investigative partnerships
• Create detailed reports of investigative findings and advise relevant parties for follow-up actions
• Mentor and train fellow investigators to ensure effective knowledge transfer
