Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities:  

  • Partner with the leadership teams to provide best-in-class agile solutions to employees.
  • Build strong relationships with key leaders to ensure HR services are aligned with the needs of the business
  • Implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes
  • Support management by providing HR advice, council, and decisions, analyzing workforce analytics and applications
  • Other projects or duties as assigned 
Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10 plus years of related experience with 6 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 13 plus years of specific experience and 7 plus years of management experience 

Preferred Education and Experience:  

  • Master’s Degree
