Job Description:Position Summary:
Manager, Corporate FP&A– Internal Reporting plays a critical role in delivering accurate, insightful, and timely financial reporting for Novolex leadership, Apollo, and the Board. This role supports enterprise-wide performance management, consolidation activities, and executive-level storytelling across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:
Reporting and Consolidation
- Support preparation and consolidation of Novolex monthly management reporting, including P&L, cash flow, margin performance, and operational KPIs.
- Assist with monthly business review deck development, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality commentary.
- Partner with Director and business teams to synthesize key drivers, risks, and trends.
- Support financial close activities including flash reporting, bridges (Net Sales, Material Margin, EBITDA), and other performance analyses.
- Prepare consistent and timely daily/weekly reporting to provide visibility into business performance.
- Provide analytical and reporting support for PE firm, Investor Relations, and market-data segmentation requests.
- Contribute to quarterly investor deck preparation, ensuring alignment between operations, finance, and corporate messaging.

Forecasting & AOP Execution
- Support AOP administration, including calendar management, templates, data collection, and deck consolidation.
- Assist with Total P&L forecasting, including consolidations, variance explanations, and driver-based modeling.
- Support ongoing forecasting processes (monthly/quarterly updates).
- Assist with corporate cash flow forecasting, reporting, and consolidation across business units.
- Provide insights into working capital trends and drivers impacting cash generation
External and Investor Support
- Act as a power user of the EPM Financial System, supporting data validation, hierarchy management, and reporting enhancements.
- Partner with Data Transformation & Analytics to drive standardization, efficiency, and consistent reporting frameworks across FP&A.
- Support the development and maintenance of reporting templates, automated outputs, and scalable processes.
- Provide analytical support for strategic projects, including channel reporting, forecasting enhancements, and Corporate Development as needed.
- Deliver high-quality ad hoc analyses, ensuring accuracy and clarity under tight timelines.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4–6+ years of progressive FP&A or Corporate Finance experience in a complex, multi-BU environment.
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems (EPM experience preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to communicate clearly, synthesize trends, and partner effectively across functions.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment and can manage competing priorities.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,000-$135,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
