Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis, including variance and margin analysis, to support key business decisions
- Build and maintain forecasting and budgeting models
- Lead process improvements, implement new software/tools, or manage field/project P&Ls in partnership with management
- Oversee cost accounting processes, including labor allocation, overhead, and project/service costing
- Own and manage departmental or business unit P&Ls, providing actionable insights to leadership
- Develop and monitor financial KPIs to measure business performance and drive strategic decisions
- Manage pricing, commissions, bonuses, and compensation structures
- Partner with operations and other departments to analyze costs, allocations, and service profitability
- Prepare and present financial results and forecasts to leadership
- Support month-end close activities and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Use tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Excel/VBA to analyze and visualize data
- Support special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, and VBA Macros for financial analysis and dashboard creation.
