Description:The Corporate Director, Talent Acquisition will serve as the strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Emory Healthcare’s enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy. This role will oversee all aspects of recruitment marketing, employer branding, full-cycle recruitment operations, and early career programs to ensure Emory Healthcare attracts, engages, and retains top talent across all disciplines.
The Corporate Director - Early Career & Residency Programs will partner with executive leadership to align talent acquisition initiatives with organizational goals, champion innovation, and deliver measurable results that position Emory Healthcare as an employer of choice.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with Emory Healthcare’s business objectives and workforce planning needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on labor market trends, talent pipeline strategies, and workforce analytics
- Oversee recruitment marketing campaigns and employer brand initiatives to enhance Emory Healthcare’s visibility and reputation in the talent marketplace
- Direct multi-channel marketing strategies, including paid and organic campaigns, social media, and content development to attract diverse talent segments
- Lead the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance on sourcing strategies, process improvements, and compliance with employment laws and organizational policies
- Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure timely, quality hires and continuous improvement of recruitment processes
- Drive the vision and execution of Emory Healthcare’s campus and early career recruiting programs, including partnerships with universities and professional organizations
- Oversee event planning, virtual engagement strategies, and collateral development for campus recruitment initiatives
- Partner with HR leadership, hiring managers, and system stakeholders to ensure alignment of talent acquisition strategies with organizational priorities
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and technology partners to maximize ROI and enhance candidate experience
- Utilize analytics and market insights to inform recruitment strategies, optimize sourcing channels, and measure campaign effectiveness
- Prepare regular reports for executive leadership on talent acquisition performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, Bachelor's required
- PHR/SPHR strongly desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to function as a facilitator, teacher, coach, strategic partner, and consultant is required
- Basic financial acumen and knowledge of HR systems and process management
- Ability to build relationships across an organization and influence senior leader
