Key Responsibilities

• Direct the accounting function across several business units, ensuring accurate and timely financial results
• Manage the full close cycle, including consolidations and financial reporting for multiple entities
• Oversee intercompany activity, account reconciliations, and compliance with established accounting standards
• Guide cost accounting activities, project financial tracking, and analysis of performance metrics
• Supervise processes related to inventory, capital assets, and cost allocations
• Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights that support planning and performance management
• Lead and develop accounting staff, establishing consistent practices across the organization
• Coordinate external audit activities and support compliance
• Support cash management efforts, forecasting, and overall financial governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• At least five years of progressive experience in accounting leadership roles
• Strong background in multi‑entity reporting, consolidations, and intercompany accounting
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments, with strong analytical and organizational skills
