Corporate Controller

Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Controller:
- Lead and mentor accounting and finance teams
- Oversee corporate consolidations across multiple entities
- Manage internal reporting, reconciliations, and compliance
- Drive cash forecasting and monthly close processes
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS and advise on technical accounting matters
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
- Implement and improve accounting systems and processes
Qualifications of the Corporate Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels
