Corporate Attorney

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Corporate Attorney to join our legal team in Chicago with pay starting at 130K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and be able to provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate matters.

Responsibilities:

• Advising on corporate legal issues and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Drafting and negotiating a variety of corporate agreements and contracts
• Handling mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
• Providing legal support for corporate governance matters
• Managing legal disputes and litigation related to corporate issues

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Strong understanding of corporate law and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
