Corporate Attorney

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Attorney to join our legal team in Denver. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage legal transactions for our corporate clients
• Draft and review legal documents
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Provide legal advice on corporate strategies and business operations
• Handle negotiations on behalf of clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar association of Colorado
• Proven experience in M&A, governance, and corporate transactions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• AmLaw exposure is a plus
