We are seeking a Corporate Attorney for our client in downtown Cincinnati. The ideal candidate will have experience handling corporate, business, and/or estate planning matters and be capable of managing files with a high degree of professionalism and autonomy.
Position Details:
- Salary: $130,000-$140,000
- On-site position
Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of corporate and business law matters, including entity formation, contract drafting and review, governance issues, and transactional support.
- Advise clients on estate planning matters such as wills, trusts, succession planning, and related documentation.
- Maintain strong client communication and manage matters efficiently from initial consultation through completion.
- Collaborate with other firm attorneys and contribute to client development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all professional and ethical obligations.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate, business, and/or estate planning law.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Admission to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Must be licensed to practice law in Ohio.
