Job Details
lateral associates with several years of experience in corporate restructuring. Candidates should have meaningful exposure to both in‑court and out‑of‑court restructurings, including company‑side and investor‑side representations. Ideal experience includes asset sales, plan sponsorship matters, and a broader mix of restructuring‑adjacent work such as liability management transactions and lender or creditor representations. Strong academic credentials and training at a peer‑caliber firm are required.
Associates in this role will work directly with senior attorneys on high‑stakes matters, develop deep technical expertise, and take on increasing levels of responsibility as their practice evolves. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, and may include eligibility for a discretionary year‑end bonus, subject to applicable law.
