Responsibilities:
- Monitor the financial performance of the company
- Compile and analyze financial reports
- Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with the company’s procedures
- Communicate financial metrics to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline (required)
- 5+ years of experience in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), accounting practices and internal controls
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Statement and reporting preparations
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Able to work closely with management team
- Bilingual in Spanish or German (Preferred)
The pay for this position is $90k - $120k, annually. This is a full-time position, eligible for the following benefits after a brief waiting period: medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability insurance, health and dependent care FSA plans, employee assistance program, 15 days of paid time off per year for sick leave and/or vacation, 6 paid holidays per year, 3 days paid bereavement leave, and 401(k) (with up to 3% employer match after eligibility criteria are met).
