Core Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze consolidated income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Month-End Close: Handle journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Support annual budgets, track expenses, and analyze performance.
- Compliance: Ensure VAT/PAYE compliance, maintain internal controls, and assist with audits.
- General Ledger: Manage the GL, reconcile accounts, and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaboration: Partner with property teams and corporate leadership to provide financial insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in accounting; hospitality or multi‑unit experience preferred.
- Technical: Advanced Excel, ERP systems, and hospitality software (PMS/POS).
- Knowledge: Strong GAAP and USALI understanding.
