Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) and related software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in supervising manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in creating engineering drawings and common computations
• Previous experience in prototype development and testing

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Research and draft blueprints and engineering plans
• Develop and test prototypes for new products and systems
• Identify solutions to improve production efficiency
• Use design software to create models and drawings of new products
• Assess prototypes to determine issues or risks
