This role is not available for sponsorship, including I-983/OPT participation. This role is hybrid, Tuesday-Thursday out of our West Hills, CA headquarters and remote on Mondays and Fridays.
The Copywriter develops clear, compelling, and on-brand messaging across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a strong, detail-oriented writer who understands how words shape brand perception, influence behavior, and support business goals. The Copywriter will collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and cross-functional partners to translate ideas, briefs, and strategies into effective copy that resonates with target audiences.
This position reports to the Editorial Supervisor on the Creative Services team and is located in West Hills, California.
Responsibilities:
Write and edit copy across a variety of channels, including web, email, social media, advertising, product, and marketing materials.
Ensure all copy aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
Write, refine, and optimize AI prompts to generate high-quality first drafts aligned to brand voice and objectives; edit, rewrite, and fact-check AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, compliance, and authenticity of tone.
Revise and refine copy based on feedback from stakeholders
Proofread and fact-check content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Drive approval of content with cross-functional teams involving live review and software platform approvals.
Contribute ideas during brainstorming and concept development sessions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Creative Writing, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of copywriting experience in an agency or in-house setting, with at least 2 years dedicated to a CPG brand; experience in the health and wellness space is a plus.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
A creative storyteller with an editorial background.
Demonstrated aptitude in creating (concept, write, edit) elevated lifestyle/wellness conversion-driven product copy.
Experience writing for eCommerce platforms like Amazon, and implementing SEO and GEO best practices.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with multi-disciplinary teams, and able to take direction and feedback from various stakeholders.
Demonstrated understanding of current creative media, AI capabilities, and trends.

National Target Base Pay Range: $63,000-105,000. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $71,000 - $118,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.
Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.
Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.
