Morris Business Solutions is the premier office technology provider in North and South Carolina. We are seeking an experienced Copier / Print Service Manager to lead and oversee our field service team responsible for maintaining and supporting office technology equipment. This role manages service technicians, ensures service level agreements are met, and maintains high customer satisfaction while driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong experience in the copier / managed print industry, leadership ability, and a deep understanding of service operations. Qualifications/Requirements:
Must have 5+ years of technical experience with copiers and other office equipment; Xerox and Kyocera experience required
2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of Copier, Printer and MFP technology. Technical background in networking and print connectivity
Experience with managing a team of field service technicians and dispatch operations
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel
Meticulous documentation and record-keeping abilities
Experience with service management software and ticketing systems including EAutomate, FM Audit, Datablaze and CEO Juice
Valid Driver’s License
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily service schedules and dispatch operations
Monitor service performance, response times, and customer satisfaction
Provide technical support and escalation assistance to technicians
Train, mentor, and develop service personnel
Ensure technicians maintain proper certifications and product knowledge
Work closely with parts, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure efficient service delivery
Analyze service metrics and implement process improvements
Manage inventory and parts usage to control service costs
Maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and performance management of service staff
Willingness to step in and cover service calls when needed
Maintain company assets and vehicles including routine maintenance for the fleet
