Are you ready to inspire kids, engage families, and enjoy the season this Spring?

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and assist with daily recreational activities including games, sports, arts & crafts, special events, story hours, and field trips.
  • Supervise program participants and ensure safety, engagement, and fun.
  • Help with registration, attendance tracking, and maintaining equipment and supplies.
  • Support outreach efforts and promote programs in the community.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and seasonal safety programs.

Hours Needed:

May– August, Flexible Monday – Friday work schedule including evening hours. Average of 25-30 hours/week.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to work the full nine-week program (some evenings/weekends).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Enjoy working with children of all ages and be a positive role model.
  • Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to safety.
