Overview:**This position is Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote, with flexibility to vary.**
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Division of Hospital Medicine team is responsible for supporting the administrative functions of the Hospital Medicine division. This includes supporting the fellows for their two year fellowship and student observers who rotate through the division. There will be a lot of dashboards and reports to be managed. The Medical Education Programs Coordinator will provide administrative support for Division / Department GME Training Programs. Performs program administrative functions. The Coordinator will be supportive of the fellows, but also be firm and hold them accountable for meeting deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 1+ year of experience supporting a medical education program or equivalent project organizing and administrative experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience coordinating meetings.
- Experience multitasking multiple projects at once.
- Good computer skills.
- Experience with ACGME accredited programs.
- Experience working with students.
Education/Licensure/Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of college coursework required.

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates who meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates who exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
