1) full time (closer)

2) one or two nights a week.

Yo Dumplings is the newest concept at Brick West Brewing in downtown Spokane. We are serving high-volume, Asian-fusion street food to a packed brewery crowd. we are looking for someone that wants to be a part of our opening team.

We aren't looking for a button-pusher. We need a Line Assassin.

You know how to manage heat and timing.

Brewery crowds come in waves; you need to keep your cool when the ticket rail fills up.

You care that the 100th dumpling looks as good as the 1st.

Starting at $20 hr + Tip Share (Est. $5 hr $25 hr total)

Brewery atmosphere. Fast-paced, loud music, great beer.
