What You Will Do:

• Prepare food according to specifications while using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools
• Restock front line with prepared, flavorful food during peak hours 
• Adheres to food safety standards and practices
• Monitor the quality of products and take appropriate action to maintain that quality
• Recognize and adhere to all sanitation, safety, security policies, and procedures to provide a safe environment for everyone
• Strive to exceed guests expectations
• Will be an ambassador for QDOBA
• Shall perform other tasks as directed by management

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum Age Requirement - 16+ years
• Have to be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs
• Ability to communicate in English required
• Fundamental reading, writing, math and computer skills
• Have to have access to adequate transportation
• Have to be willing to work a variety of shifts, sometimes will extend beyond eight hours, based upon local operating hours.
• Have to be able to work and be available weekends, evenings and Holidays.
