- Help lead a talented culinary team in preparing and serving attractive and nutritious meals for residents and holiday and special events as assigned
- Work in a fast-paced environment, supporting daily kitchen operations, managing workstations, operate kitchen equipment, including cleaning and sanitation, inventory management, food preparation, and assistance with menu design
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are consistently met
- Oversee opening and closing duties
- Must be 18 years or older
- Minimum one (1) year of cooking experience in a restaurant, health care or senior services setting required. Culinary training a plus
- Strong Knowledge of recipes, food preparation methods, and basic food safety practices and standards
- Prior experience in cooking and food handling required. Serv Safe Food Handling Certification preferred
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
