Conveyance Practice Leader/Senior Project Manager

COMPANY is hiring a senior leader to manage water and wastewater projects across Tulsa and the central region. This role drives growth by delivering infrastructure planning and design for pump stations, pipelines, and related facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large water/wastewater projects from planning through construction.

  • Manage schedules, budgets, and multi‑discipline teams.

  • Provide technical solutions for intakes, pump stations, pipelines, tunnels, and lift stations.

  • Advise clients on processes, readiness, and project delivery methods.

  • Ensure quality control and risk‑based capital improvement planning.

  • Support business development, proposals, and client relationships.

  • Mentor staff and assist with recruiting.

Qualifications

  • PE license in Oklahoma preferred.

  • 20+ years of water engineering experience (planning, design, construction).

  • Proven success managing large programs/projects.

  • Knowledge of permitting and funding requirements.

  • Strong communication and client‑facing skills.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to complete pre‑employment checks.
